SHIPPING POLICY We currently provide flat rate shipping options via UPS. We also have DHL and Fedex as options but UPS has been able to provide us with the fairest rates. We will also work with you if you prefer to use your own method of shipping. Generally we try to get your product out in 1-5 business days plus the transit time with UPS. Transit time is generally 1-2 days on the West coast - and about 5 business days to the East coast. The states in the middle are in between those ranges. Please keep in mind that these transit times are an approximation, UPS has full control over this part of the shipping process. These flat rates DO NOT apply to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as UPS 2nd and 3rd day select. Here are our flat fates for UPS ground:
