| SHIPPING POLICY We currently provide flat rate shipping options via UPS. UPS has been able to provide us with the fairest rates. We will also work with you if you prefer to use your own method of shipping. Generally we try to get your product out in 1-5 business days plus the transit time with UPS. Sometimes during the holiday rush orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. Transit time is generally 1-2 days on the West coast - and about 4-5 business days to the East coast. States in the middle are in between those ranges. Please keep in mind that these times are an approximation, Our shipping carriers have full control over this part of the shipping process.
